Christmas came early to our Borderfields and British Heart Foundation Hamper competition winner Lorraine Parker Wallis. Pictured here with her daughter Hannah, we delivered the full Borderfields hamper to Cambridgeshire before Christmas, which included a huge range of Borderfields and British Heart Foundation goodies. Lorraine correctly chose answer C in our Christmas competition, highlighting that rapeseed oil has half the saturated fat of olive oil.
Lorraine has raised money for the British Heart Foundation in the past and was surprised and delighted to have won the competition in support of the charity.
Borderfields introduced the competition in September with over 180,000 recipe and competition inserts being distributed through Heart Matters magazine. Further coverage through the Borderfields website and social media meant we had over 1,000 entries during the competition.
Borderfields continues to support the British Heart Foundation, with 10p from every special ‘red top’ bottle of Borderfields 500ml cold-pressed rapeseed oil being donated to the partnership. To date, we have raised over £31,000.
We would like to thank everyone that took part in the competition and for your support for Borderfields and the British Heart Foundation.
Wishing everyone a Healthy New Year!
