Rows upon rows of stands packed the Birmingham NEC at this year’s Food and Drink Expo. People travelled from far and wide to exhibit and to visit one of the biggest Food & Drink trade shows in the country, from restaurateurs and Deli owners, to butchers, wholesalers and buyers. The sights, the sounds and the smells were enough to put any foodie in their element. This year we sat on the borders of the Food and Drink show and the Deli & Farm Shop show, giving us a great pathway for the all important decision makers and industry specialists to walk through and sample the best of food and drink. The Borderfields stand looked fresh and colourful and the team couldn’t wait to talk all things cold pressed!
This year’s show gave us the perfect opportunity to launch two of our newest members of the Borderfields family. Borderfields Gold and our Borderfields salad dressings which range includes: Simply Caesar, Balsamic, Honey & Mustard and Coriander, Chilli and Lime. These four delicious dressings were poured out for the visitors to try and we had some really fantastic feedback, no surprises that Simply Caesar came out on top!
It wasn’t just our new products that were grabbing people’s attention, our bold infusions gift packs were popular and not to mention our sample of chilli chocolate brownies made form Borderfields chilli infused rapeseed oil, which was a hit in showcasing how versatile cold pressed rapeseed oil can really be. We are looking forward to what we can bring to the next Food and Drink Expo.
