• Salt and pepper for seasoning
1. To make straight, neat chips, chop the potatoes into chips (skin on). Rinse the chips and pat dry with a clean tea towel. Toss the chips with rapeseed oil and whatever seasoning you desire (we used salt, pepper and paprika)
2. Tip the chips into the bottom of an air fryer. Program the fryer to cook for 25 mins. After this time, check that the chips are tender and cooked through. If they’re not, cook for a further 5 mins. Season well.
