• 1kg of potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 2 tbsp of Borderfields Garlic Infused Oil
• 100ml skimmed milk
• Fresh Basil, chopped, reserving a few leaves to serve
Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain, return to the pan, and add 100ml of milk. Followed by Borderfields Garlic Infused Oil and mash well. Add some fresh basil and mash more. Season and serve, scattered with a few basil leaves.
