Our Chocolate Hazelnut and Apricot Granola
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup honey
Fruit Yoghurt Layer -
2 cups Greek Yoghurt
1-2 cups Fresh fruit ( we recommend blueberries, raspberries and strawberries )
- In a bowl, combine the Granola Base ingredients together, ensuring everything is coated well.
- Prepare a tray with parchment paper, pour in the mixture and use the back of a measuring cup to press the granola firmly down and into an even layer.
- In a separate bowl, combine the fruit and yoghurt – you could even mix in various nuts and other fruit for more flavour!
- Pour the yoghurt mixture over the granola base, and transfer to the freezer for 2 hours. Remove the bars from the baking dish and use a knife to cut them into bars. Return to the freezer for at least 4 hours, then transfer to an airtight container for storage.
