Ingredients
Chilli & Lime Salad Dressing Ingredients:
• The zest and juice of 2 limes
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1/3 cup Borderfields Rapeseed Oil
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• A pinch of salt
Prawn Salad Ingredients:
• Shredded iceberg lettuce
• Long stem broccoli
• Cooked prawns
• Cherry tomatoes
Method
1. First, prepare the dressing in a bowl or container by mixing together the ingredients listed.
2. Fry the prawns and broccoli until cooked.
3. Prep the other ingredients required for the salad.
4. Mix together the salad ingredients (in whatever quantities you prefer).
5. Generously drizzle the Chilli & Lime Salad Dressing over the top of the salad.
6. Enjoy!
