Ingredients

Sesame and Ginger Salad Dressing Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup Borderfields Rapeseed Oil
• 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
• 1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger

Salmon Salad Ingredients:
• Borderfields Lemon Infused Rapeseed Oil
• Salmon fillet
• A handful of salad Leaves
• Sliced beetroot

Method

1. First, prepare the dressing in a bowl or container by mixing together the ingredients listed.
2. Pan-fry the salmon in Borderfields Lemon Infused Rapeseed Oil, (first skin side down to crisp and then flesh side down to cook through).
3. Prep the ingredients required for the salad.
4. Mix together the salad ingredients (in whatever quantities you prefer).
5. Add the cooked salmon (either flaked or whole depending on which you prefer).
6. Generously drizzle the Sesame and Ginger Salad Dressing over the top of the salad.
7. Enjoy!
