ingredients

Elegant, fresh, and full of flavour – perfect for entertaining.

  • 150g soft cheese (e.g., Brie, Camembert)
  • 100g goat’s cheese
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • Cucumber ribbons
  • Thinly sliced red or white onion
  • Rocket leaves
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Smoked salmon pieces
  • Borderfields Sicilian Lemon Oil – for drizzling on top

method

1. Whip the cheese – In a bowl, combine the soft cheese and goat’s cheese. Whip together until smooth and creamy using a spoon or hand mixer. Season lightly with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

2. Arrange your plate – Spoon the whipped cheese onto a large serving board or platter, creating small mounds or a central spread. Artfully arrange the toppers around and on top of the cheese: cucumber ribbons, thinly sliced onion, rocket leaves, pomegranate seeds, and smoked salmon.

3. Finish with Borderfields Sicilian Lemon Oil – Drizzle Borderfields Sicilian Lemon Oil lightly over the cheese and toppings for a bright, zesty finish.
