Ingredients
250ml Borderfields Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
100ml lemon juice
50ml water
2g salt
1 lemon, zested
Method
- Place the lemon juice, sugar, salt and water into a bowl and blitz with a hand blender. Slowly add the Borderfields ensuring the dressing doesn’t split. Once all of the Borderfields is combined add the lemon zest and blend for 20 seconds.
